FOR AGENCIES AND STUDIOS

Podcast clipping for agencies that bill client work

Content agencies and podcast studios need predictable intake, reviewable clips and billing records they can reconcile with client work. ClipFlap processes long-form video in the background without claiming team seats, a public API or a white-label dashboard.

  1. 1

    Queue an authorised client source

Add the client's supported link or uploaded video and choose the language, duration preference and caption style for that job.

  2. 2

    Review finished outputs by episode

Each job groups its selected clips, vertical renders, cover titles and download actions around the source episode. Partial completion preserves clips that rendered successfully.

  3. 3

Deliver and account for the work

Paid-plan clips carry no ClipFlap watermark. Usage is measured in source-video minutes, while subscription payments produce billing records for the account.

Client throughput without imaginary collaboration features

Jobs run in the background, so an operator can submit an episode and return when processing has advanced. Outputs remain organised by episode, and one clip failure does not need to discard the clips that completed. That supports recurring client delivery without suggesting there is a multi-seat workspace or shared approval system when there is not.

The current dashboard is account based. Agencies can decide whether one account or separate client accounts fit their own quota and billing process, but ClipFlap does not advertise roles, team permissions, a white-label portal or a public API today.

Minutes-based usage and business billing

Plan usage follows the duration of source video processed, not a promised number of outputs. This makes a 10-minute client episode understandable as source usage even when the editorial density differs from another recording. Current prices and allowances remain on the live pricing section so the content does not freeze a setting that administrators can change.

Paid-plan outputs are delivered without the ClipFlap watermark, and subscription payments have invoice records. EU VAT handling is part of the billing flow where applicable; agencies should use the invoice and tax details shown for their own account rather than relying on a marketing-page estimate.

Multilingual delivery from the same workflow

English, French and Arabic sources use language-aware transcript and caption paths. For Moroccan client content, the Darija-oriented path aims to preserve spoken dialect and render connected right-to-left captions instead of intentionally converting speech into formal Arabic.

Caption styles, fonts and highlight colours are selected per job. The finished clip and editable cover title give the account operator a concrete output to review before it enters the agency's own client-approval and publishing process.

Agency workflow questions

Does ClipFlap currently include team seats and roles?+

No. The current dashboard is account based and does not offer team-seat permissions. Agencies should choose an account setup that matches their own process.

Can I white-label the ClipFlap dashboard for clients?+

No white-label dashboard is offered today. Paid-plan video outputs carry no ClipFlap watermark, but the product interface keeps ClipFlap branding.

How is processing usage measured for client episodes?+

Usage is measured in source-video minutes. The number of selected clips can vary with the episode without changing how the source duration is understood.

What happens when one clip in a client job fails?+

Jobs can complete partially, preserving successfully rendered clips while exposing the item that needs attention instead of treating every output as lost.

Can an agency process English, French and Arabic clients?+

Yes. Those source languages are supported, including a Moroccan Darija-oriented path and connected right-to-left Arabic caption rendering.
