A URL workflow with a clear rights boundary
The URL is an intake method, not permission to reuse a video. If a hosted link is not suitable, the file upload follows the same transcription and rendering pipeline.
Source length and queue load affect processing time, so the dashboard reports progress instead of promising a fixed turnaround. Minutes are counted from the source video, whether the episode contains a few strong passages or many.
